Thank you for inquiring about Calvary Christian Academy for your child. We are excited to share some important updates regarding our admissions process for the upcoming school year.

Open Enrollment:
We are excited to inform you that applications for the 2025/26 school year will open on March 1st, 2025. You can access the application on that date under the Admissions Tab on our website at wearecca.com. Our admissions process includes submitting a completed application, completing Kindergarten through 12th grade placement testing, meeting eligibility requirements (such as a faith-based partnership through a family interview), and reviewing available spots based on retention rates and other factors.

Scholarship Opportunities:
We understand that financing your child’s education is an important consideration. That’s why we are excited about our partnership with Cornerstone Educational Scholarship, a program funded in part by Mountaire Farms. Applications for our scholarships are currently open and can be found here. The deadline for submission is April 15th, 2025. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to make tuition more affordable. Please the attached flyer for detailed information.

Open House:
We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Open House for all of our campuses! This is a wonderful opportunity for you and your family to explore our campuses, meet our dedicated staff, and learn more about what makes CCA such a special place for your child's education. Upon completion of your inquiry there will be an opportunity to RSVP to our Open House event. We hope to connect with you at that time!

We are currently in our re-enrollment period, which helps us determine the available spots for the upcoming school year. Due to our strong retention rate, many grade levels will have limited openings.
